  • Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. are typically prepared for processing on the same business day. Orders are processed within 1–4 business days, followed by an estimated delivery time of 6–12 business days within Australia.

    Overall, most orders arrive within 7–16 business days from the date of purchase.

    Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery every step of the way.

  • We currently ship exclusively across Australia. We offer free standard delivery on all orders, with no minimum purchase required and no additional shipping fees applied at checkout.

  • We apologise for any delays that may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as holidays, customs inspections, or high seasonal demand. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting our customer service team at info@eternalhush.com for an update.

  • If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@eternalhush.com within 30 days of receiving your order to begin the process.

    Once your request has been submitted, our team will review the details and provide you with the necessary return instructions, including the correct return address.

    To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all packaging and tags included.

    Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    After your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within up to 7 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation once completed.
